What do Design Partners do?
In-Context Observations
It is important for our design researchers to observe workflows to uncover unarticulated needs of medical teams.
We will come to your site to observe and talk with your team to consider needs of physicians, nurses, administrators and sites leaders.
Participatory Design Sessions
Short sessions are led by our design team to appeal to your creative side.
These are innovation sessions that include insights and ideation. You can sketch ideas for new interfaces or our designers may bring your ideas to life.
Concept Demos
Early concept reviews may include:
- Storyboards
- Digital walkthroughs
- In-person demos
- Usability studies
- Hands-on engagement with functional prototypes
Individual Feedback Sessions
- In-person or remote meetings to share your thoughts and workflow pain points
- Walk through specific workflows and use cases
- Usability evaluations to provide direct insights to the product team
